“Berg Lake Trail”
In the Canadian Rocky Mountains.
The first, easy, part of the Mount Robson Berg Lake Trail. Quite early in the day.
“Highway 93, Canada”
A stunning highway which leads you from Banff National Park to Jasper National Park. It's called Highway 93. The bridge really adds scale to this grand landscape.
“Lake O'Hara”
This was a very special day. The Lake O?Hara area is a closed area and only accessible for a select few who were able to get a ticket. We heard that you can buy a ticket if there are cancellations. On the last day it would be open that season, we got up early and waited in the pouring rain. As you can see, we were very lucky. On arrival, the rain stopped and we were greeted with stunning light.
The scene you see here only lasted for a few seconds, so we really were at the same place at the right time.
“Stone Cairns at Lake Minnewanka”
I added two stones on top. It adds a mystic feel to this great place.
“Classic Lake Louise”
Lake Louise is a stunning place, except for all the tourists and the massive hotel next to it ;)
“Water of the Spirits”
Lake Minnewanka (?Water of the Spirits? in Nakota ? the Stoney Indian language) early in the morning.
This lake is a few miles from the city of Banff in Banff National Park, Rocky Mountains, Canada.
